This privacy policy explains how Nobrainer ("Nobrainer", "we", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you access or use our website https://no-brainer.ca (the "Service"). It applies to our operations in Quebec and Canada, as well as to individuals located in the European Union and the United States, and reflects Quebec's Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, depending on where you reside.
