In 2018, Corbeil was an iconic player in the Quebec appliance market, alternating between aggressive promotions and ambassador Yves Corbeil’s appearances. Yet, the brand had aged, and so had its clientele.

Corbeil needed to renew its image and brand experience in an increasingly competitive sector.

To address Corbeil's modernization and differentiation challenge, we took a service-oriented approach centered on consumer concerns: simplifying and improving the shopping experience, guaranteeing fair prices and quality of products and customer service, and enhancing the company's environmental commitment.
