Omnia Technologies is launching a new intimate rental real estate project in Griffintown at 300 Young Street, near the ETS tech hub.

Between high-end "all-inclusive" large buildings and more accessible student residences, this minimalist project must stand out and attract a population of young professionals and students.

Inspired by the hospitality sector and boutique hotels, we focused on presenting a lifestyle experience based on tangible evidence (minimalist design, trendy lifestyle, environmentally friendly) rather than the accumulation of services.
